Prospect Medical Holdings Inc. said Monday that Sam Lee has been promoted to chief executive of the Culver City-based medical services management company effective immediately. Lee, 41, previously served as chief executive of Alta Healthcare Systems Inc. and has also served on Prospect’s board since 2002. Lee joined Prospect when the company acquired Alta in August 2007 and will hold the chief executive position at both companies. Shares in Prospect were flat Monday morning at $4.08.
