Global IT services business Computer Sciences Corp. has signed 65 previously unannounced federal sector business contracts worth nearly $427 million during the third quarter, the company said Thursday.
The third quarter of Computer Sciences Corp.’s fiscal year ends on Dec. 31.
Civil firms accounted for 28 awards worth approximately $185 million. Department of Defense agencies, including the Department of Justice, the Air Force, Army and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, picked up the remaining 37 contracts, valued at more than $242 million.
One of the El Segundo-based company’s biggest contracts during the third quarter was the Department of Justice Information Technology Support Services contract, under which the firm will provide computer security, software development and case management.
