, the Los Angeles-based space and defense contractor, said Friday that its Baltimore-based Electronic Systems sector won a $35 million contract with the U.K.’s National Air Traffic Services to modernize the country’s air-to-ground communications system linking pilots to air-traffic controllers.



& #8226; Rotonics Manufacturing Inc.

, a Gardena-based plastics manufacturer, reported net income of $1.7 million (15 cents per share) for the fiscal year ended June 30, compared with $1.3 million (11 cents) for the prior fiscal year. Net sales rose to $45.1 million from $40.3 million in the previous fiscal year.

Grupo Televisa SA, the Mexico City-based Spanish-language broadcaster, said Friday that it has broadened its lawsuit against Los Angeles-based

Univision Communications Inc.

, alleging that its U.S.-based partner altered programs without consent and refused to air Televisa ads. Grupo Televisa first filed suit in federal court in May, alleging that Univision failed to pay enough royalties for programming.
