Burger King on Friday named President and Chief Financial Officer John Chidsey as chief executive to take the helm of the fast-food chain as it prepares to sell shares to the public.
Chidsey, whose promotion takes effect immediately, replaces Greg Brenneman, who will return to his private equity firm, TurnWorks Inc.
