Hotel chain La Quinta Properties Inc. on Wednesday said it agreed to be acquired by private equity firm Blackstone group for $3.4 billion in cash and debt.
The takeover price is $11.25 in cash per paired share, representing a 37 percent premium over Tuesday’s closing price of $8.22.
