Adam Feit is managing director and market president for MUFG Union Bank’s Los Angeles Region. He oversees the bank’s middle-market and business banking teams in Los Angeles. He also leads Union Bank’s private equity coverage, providing financing for leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations for financial sponsors. He formed the bank’s private equity coverage model when he joined the company in 2016. He previously worked in global corporate and investment banking and middle-market banking divisions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He started his career at the Alcar Group, where he oversaw engagements with a number of Fortune 500 companies. He serves on the board of the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region.

What was your proudest moment?

Becoming a dad and watching the small successes of my two children.

What is your next project?

Redesigning our workspace to facilitate better collaboration and further advance the great culture of our Los Angeles office.

Who is your hero?

My grandfather, who immigrated to the U.S. with nothing and through hard work and perseverance, completed his own education to become a dentist and ultimately helped fund the higher education of all eight of his grandchildren.

What do you like best about Los Angeles?

The idyllic weather, lifestyle, business climate, and diversity make Los Angeles a city like no other.
