Tamara Bush is a co-leader of Dykema’s national product liability and class action litigation practice group. She is an experienced litigator who manages a wide range of general commercial and products liability lawsuits. Bush handles matters in federal and state courts across the country, both at the trial and appellate levels. She has considerable experience handling sophisticated pre-trial motions and developing complex matter case strategy.
Included Bush’s experience is a substantial amount of work in the defense of product liability actions on behalf of manufacturers, distributors and/or designers of automobiles, trailers, forklifts and other consumer products. Bush has a strong, active practice with the firm’s Automotive Industry Group, which has been recognized as one of the strongest in the nation by The Legal 500. She represents professionals and businesses in matters involving fraud, interference, the protection of trade secrets and enforcement of covenants not to compete.
