Bryan Johnson is a Partner in Michelman & Robinson’s Chicago office. From there, he oversees the firm’s standalone COVID-19 Practice Group made up of an interdisciplinary team of M&R attorneys singularly focused on advising and counseling clients in connection with a broad spectrum of challenges resulting from the pandemic and what is sure to be its troubling aftermath.
For his part, Bryan is particularly well versed in all things related to the Paycheck Protection Program, and he has successfully guided clients through the application and loan forgiveness process. In addition, Bryan is the point person for clients facing issues and litigation concerning regulatory, labor and employment, white-collar defense, real estate, insurance, and bankruptcy law arising from COVID-19 and its outsized influence on day-to-day operations and, more broadly, our global economy.
