Since joining Larson LLP in 2019 in her first private sector position after serving for years as the Federal Public Defender, Potashner has taken on many of the firm’s top white collar defense matters, investigations, and complex civil cases, as well as achieving appellate victories. She successfully defends individuals facing charges in both state and federal court in matters involving conspiracy, wire fraud, bank fraud, healthcare fraud, and bankruptcy fraud. In her civil practice, she represents both plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property and contract disputes, civil forfeiture, misrepresentation, negligence, civil theft, and garnishment cases.
