Celeste Brecht is a focused and astute attorney who consistently rises to the challenges associated with litigating intense and complicated matters. She has successfully argued before the California Courts of Appeal, tried cases in state and federal courts, and obtained favorable jury verdicts and results in a variety of forums. In May 2021, Brecht was the lead trial lawyer in an FDA enforcement action where she defended California Stem Cell Treatment Center, Inc., Cell Surgical Network, Dr. Mark Berman, and Dr. Elliot Lander in a two-week federal court bench trial.
