Dora de la Rosa is an associate in Glaser Weil’s Real Estate department. Her path to Glaser Weil has been non-traditional. The daughter of Mexican immigrants who came to the United States via the Bracero Program in the 1940s and 1950s, she was born in Los Angeles and attended LAUSD schools. She received a B.A. in History from UC Berkeley and a J.D. from Boalt Hall, UC Berkeley.
After years of “Big Law” experience, de la Rosa was thrilled to join Glaser Weil. Years of government service have helped in her representation of Los Angeles County, among other Glaser Weil clients. Among her notable transactions have been the redevelopment of the Victoria Golf Course in Carson and the redevelopment of several major commercial/residential projects in Marina del Rey. de la Rosa continues to volunteer with various charitable organizations and serves on the firm’s Diversity Committee.
