El Warner serves as Colliers National Retail Capital Markets leader. His main initiative is on the growth of the groups retail investment sales business across the United States. His proven leadership skills on managing a National Retail Capital Markets Platform is unsurpassed. He has worked with several of the largest global commercial real estate firms to serve their US Retail Investment initiatives. In these roles he has not only created the strategies but implemented the strategies with a proven track record of tripling revenue within a three-year period.

Mr. Warner started his career at CB Richard Ellis, where he valued over $10B of Commercial Real Estate assets across product lines as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. His incredibly unique background in valuations has given him an upper hand in brokerage as he truly understands the valuation and pricing of an asset. He has been able to take this knowledge and quickly move up the ranks to the top of the brokerage industry.
In 2010, El Warner joined Colliers from CBRE and made his debut and mark in the Capital Markets industry. In his first year his team was in the Top 10 Nationally and had been every year until his move to Matthews to run their shopping center division in 2016. From 2016 to 2019 he tripled shopping center revenue across the country and fostered tremendous growth of the division and the company.


Heavily recruited in 2019, Warner rejoined Colliers and their newest regime to utilize his proven ability to grow a National Capital Markets group within a global brand. He is creating and empowering a powerhouse group of Retail Capital Market experts across the United States. This team of agents transact over $3B of retail investment sales per year, and growing…


In addition to leading Colliers Retail Capital Market growth, his team is the top producing Retail Capital Markets team. Based in Southern California, his team of 15 specialist help large and small clients sell retail assets across the country. His national team will partner with a regional or local team to provide his clients with both National Exposure Paired with Local Expertise.


Mr. Warner also prides himself on giving back which is the foundation of everything they do. His goals are to continue to feed 100,000 children per year from charitable contributions taken from every listing he sells. This mission is his team’s passion and a big reason on why they do what they do.
