Since joining Larson LLP in 2019 after serving as the federal public defender, Potashner has taken on many of the firm’s top white collar defense matters, investigations, and complex civil cases, as well as achieving appellate victories. She successfully defends individuals facing charges in both state and federal court in matters involving conspiracy, wire fraud, bank fraud, healthcare fraud, and bankruptcy fraud.
