As Swinerton’s Sr. Vice President and SO-CAL Regional Manager, Ray Haj is responsible for more than 1100 staff and oversees $2.5+ billion worth of projects in the Southern California region.
Ray will share his philosophies on leading and managing a Best-in-Class Culture that will yield in the rise of the next generation of leaders, a shared vision, positive community impact and exponential diverse business growth. He and his team believe that psychological safety workplaces and employee development is key to its future success.
Swinerton was founded in Los Angeles in 1888 and has survived and thrived through two World Wars, the Great Depression and Recession, and dynamic cultural changes and movements. Ray, however, has his eye on the future.
