Andrew Y. Choung is a highly accomplished patent attorney with a primary focus on high-tech, complex patent litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board proceedings such as inter partes review. In one recent matter of great significance, in June 2018, Choung received a $400 million jury verdict for his client KAIST IP US on a patent related to semiconductor technology. He has the unique experience of practicing IP law in both the United States and Asia and has assisted and counseled clients on cross-border matters, including multi-country patent enforcement.
