Thriving In Their 40’s: Andrew Walsh

Andrew Walsh

Partner

Hueston Hennigan LLP

Andrew Walsh represents clients in complex civil business disputes, high-stakes environmental and entertainment litigation, and white collar criminal actions, in both state and federal court. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, governments, and individuals in a variety of industries, including environmental services, and media and entertainment. In every case, Walsh works to gain a thorough knowledge of his client’s organization or business to develop a legal strategy that makes business sense.

Walsh currently represents the Navajo Nation in federal multi-district litigation against the USEPA and its contractors for damages arising out of the August 2015 Gold King Mine spill. His determined strategy led to the decisive ruling that neither the United States, the EPA, nor the EPA’s contractors can escape liability for the spill through claims of immunity. Walsh also represents Southern California Edison in complex litigation arising out of the 2018 Woolsey Fire.
