Dr. Sachin Jain currently serves as president and CEO at SCAN Health Plan. Throughout his career, Dr. Jain has focused on bringing a forward-thinking approach to the seniors care—prioritizing person-centered care and empathy to meet the diverse, ever-evolving needs of older adults across cultural and socioeconomic lines. This past spring, as the country became embroiled in the controversy surrounding the death of George Floyd, Dr. Jain emerged as an important and authentic voice on national issues of race, social justice and health equity.
Dr. Jain recently completed a five-and-a-half year-tenure at the helm of Anthem-owned CareMore and Aspire Health. Under Dr. Jain’s leadership, CareMore’s revenues grew from $800 million to $1.6 billion. Dr. Jain also led efforts to expand the companies’ capitated, integrated care models into new territories, growing the organizations’ service areas from four states to 32 states and launching new in-home and virtual clinical care models for frail and vulnerable populations.
