Nikki Katz leads strategy and delivery of digital experiences for Bank of America’s Wealth Management clients. focusing on driving client acquisition, retention and development through the seamless integration of client interactions across digital and physical platforms. She is also responsible for creating and delivering Bank of America’s overall suite of leading-edge Mobile and Online Banking experiences to more than 65 million clients.
Under Katz’s leadership, Bank of America has implemented over 1,500 new digital features and enhancements in 2020 alone, contributing to consistently high Client Satisfaction in our Online and Mobile channels among the company’s nearly 40 million active digital users. Katz also played a pivotal role this year expanding the core Bank of America App to connect clients across the bank’s consumer and wealth management lines of business, integrating the Merrill Edge, Merrill Lynch, Private Bank and Benefits Online mobile applications.
