Joseph Lee grew up locally and spent most of his life in the Pasadena area, where he attended the University of Southern California and graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration: Real Estate Finance.  After graduating, he returned to his high school alma mater and taught ceramics/art.  His passion for the arts and education lead him to receive his Master’s in Education from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Masters in Fine Arts from Hong-Ik University in Seoul, Korea. Â
Returning back to Real Estate, Lee naturally incorporates his experiences as an educator and takes that opportunity to really consult and coach his clients through the lease/sales process. The Elifant Group, which he founded, is a commercial real estate brokerage that provides representation for small and medium size businesses in lease and sales transactions. While he also represents landlords, he primarily focuses on the representation of tenants and buyers.
