Craig Knizek serves as a managing partner for The Agency’s San Fernando Valley offices (Calabasas, Sherman Oaks, and Studio City). He spent twenty years working in the film/television industry, collaborating with illustrious creative talent, shepherding and producing their creative vision. As producer of Sony/NBC’s hit series “Mad About You,” and the original associate producer of “The Simpsons,” Knizek negotiated deals and schedules with high-ranking studio executives, talent agents, managers and attorneys throughout the entertainment industry. Topping the WSJ’s 2020 REAL Trends Rankings, Knizek ranked as Number 39 top agent in the nation by sales volume. His 2019 sales volume was over $140 million in total. Within the last year, he closed on a number of notable properties, including 11951 Crest Place (Gwen Stefani & Sebastian Maniscalco), for the highest price ever in The Summit at $21.65 million) and 17100 Rancho, Encino (highest price ever in the San Fernando Valley – $20 million), among others.
