His daughter, Jessica Hawthorne-Castro joined Hawthorne just under 15 years ago, following a successful career in entertainment as an Agent for William Morris Endeavor. She transformed Hawthorne into a full-service, analytics-based marketing and advertising agency headquartered in Los Angeles. With a long list of Fortune 500 clients and awards, Hawthorne is a leader in performance advertising with proven success of launching and growing brands.
Today, Hawthorne-Castro is CEO and owner and Tim serves as a strategic advisor. Hawthorne is a certified woman-owned business by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, a Great Place to Work, and on the Inc. 5000 list.
