After practicing at Burke, Williams & Sorenson, LLP with a focus on employment law in California, representing private and public agency clients in a variety of business and employment matters, including disability accommodations, employee discipline, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination defense, and the like, Jodi Chapin in 2012 found her calling at Revolve. At the time she started, Revolve was a much smaller organization that it is now. There was one warehouse/office space, a few employees and much less revenue. Over the past seven years, Chapin has focused on employee relations, corporate finance, real estate acquisition and contract management. Her depth of experience is now varied and extensive.
Revolve is a Los Angeles-based online clothing company whose growth has been fueled by social media influencers. On June 7, 2019, it raised $212 million in an initial public offering, with Chapin as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel.
