As general counsel, Erik Graham-Smith is responsible for all aspects of FloQast’s legal affairs.
Prior to joining FloQast, Graham-Smith practiced law at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen, P.C. where his practice concentrated in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on securities law, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism and defense, and corporate governance. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, an MDiv with honors from Yale Divinity School and a B.A.
