Cisca Brouwer is senior associate general counsel of global commerce at Snap Inc., the camera company that owns Snapchat, Bitmoji, and Spectacles. Brouwer leads the global Commercial Legal team at Snap, which is the largest legal group at Snap Inc. and handles global ad policies, marketing initiatives, agency and advertiser deals, payment integrations, e-commerce terms and deals, partnerships and content deals, hardware and software deals, real estate transactions, measurement, tech-platform development, terms for ad inventory, legal operations, and all other Snap commercial transactions.
Brouwer was promoted to Senior Associate General Counsel of Global Commerce in September of 2018. She joined Snap in February 2015 and has been instrumental to the growth and development of the Commercial Legal team. The work she has done at Snap over the last 4.5 years helped create the framework for Snap’s continued success and the success of the legal team.
