Kathryn Richman, general counsel for Hughes Marino, is responsible for the legal affairs of the company and also supports its representation of tenants and buyers as leader of the Hughes Marino legal team. Richman has over two decades of extensive experience advising and representing clients in all aspects of business law, risk management, research, contract law, state and federal administrative and regulatory law. This experience, combined with her strong dedication to tenant rights, makes her a valuable resource to Hughes Marino and its clients.
Richman has had a tremendous impact since day one of Hughes Marino. She has been instrumental in helping to protect the company and its clients’ interests. In addition to reviewing leases and purchase agreements to ensure clients fully understand their legal obligations, she has also overseen all legal issues associated with Hughes Marino’s continued expansion.
