THE LATEST: Beer leads CIT’s commercial services team on the West Coast, providing factoring, credit protection, accounts receivable management and asset-based lending services to a wide range of consumer products companies, including those in the apparel, footwear, furniture, consumer electronics and housewares industries.
BACKGROUND: Earlier in his career at CIT, Beer worked as a client credit manager responsible for managing the business’ factoring and asset-based loan portfolio in the Los Angeles region. Prior to joining CIT, Beer was a senior account executive at Heller Financial Inc. He is a graduate of USC’s Marshall School of Business with a degree in finance and marketing.
WORTH NOTING: An accomplished athlete, Beer played professional baseball as a pitcher with the Chicago Cubs.
