Todd A. In product liability litigation, Cavanaugh has been a 2019 trendsetter in defending product liability cases premised on the consumer expectation test for design defect. Cavanaugh has also successfully defended the design, manufacture, and performance of a diverse array of products made by some of the world’s largest manufacturers. These products include automobiles, construction equipment, tires, automotive friction products, industrial machinery, and power generators.
