For example, Holscher defended Sydney Holland in a $150 million civil action brought by Sumner Redstone, the former Executive Chairman of Viacom Inc. and CBS Corporation, which alleged claims of elder abuse, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud. Holscher and team negotiated a settlement for Holland resulting in dismissal of all claims.
