R.C. Schrader is the head of the Latino Practice Group at Bolton & Company. He has over 35 years of experience in international sales, marketing, public relations, and risk management, in both the private and public sectors. His ambicultural and entrepreneurial philosophy has afforded a career in quantitative expansion of international relationships in the United States and Latin America. Previously, he was appointed by Governor Pete Wilson as Director of the California Trade & Commerce Agency in Mexico, where he spearheaded vital trade and investment opportunities to the mutual benefit of California and Mexico. At Bolton, Schrader has built a team of bilingual and bicultural insurance professionals that cater to Latino businesses. He takes a “tropicalized” approach to his practice, bridging the business and cultural gaps between Latin America and the United States.
