Kimberly Branscome is a highly regarded trial lawyer with a proven ability to provide effective counseling in crisis situations. Armed with a particular emphasis in mass tort litigation, Branscome has served as lead trial counsel in a number of high-profile, bet-the-company cases, such as, the Deepwater Horizon litigation on behalf of BP, multistate ignition switch litigation on behalf of General Motors, litigation involving claims that Johnson & Johnson’s talcum powders are contaminated with asbestos (the jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of Johnson & Johnson, finding that the Baby Powder performed safely and did not, in fact, cause the plaintiff’s disease), and most recently, representing 3M in multi-district litigation involving earplugs. Branscome’s recent cases have garnered significant media recognition. She is also a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
