Bonnie Eskenazi regularly takes on some of Hollywood’s most high profile and cutting edge entertainment disputes. She represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of entertainment litigation matters, including disputes about royalties and profit participations, copyright ownership, trademarks, idea theft, contracts, defamation, invasion of privacy, merchandise and licensing, music distribution, and new technology. She also continues to act as outside general counsel for the companies owned by the heirs of Bob Marley. She teaches Entertainment Law students at Stanford Law School and is an annual guest lecturer at Harvard Law School’s Entertainment Law class. Eskenazi is most proud of being a leading advocate for women within the industry and has continued to be a strong voice combating gender discrimination in Hollywood. She is on the Board of Women In Film and was instrumental in setting up and operating the Women In Film Helpline for victims of sexual harassment in the entertainment industry.
