Ryan Caswell is a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Financial Institutions Group, focusing on a broad range of industries including specialty finance, financial technology and other business services. He has developed deep industry expertise across a broad range of products to deliver results to his clients. Caswell has been in investment banking for 13 years. He initially worked at Bear Stearns and then moved to Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2008. Throughout his tenure, he has worked on a broad range of M&A and capital raising transactions including IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, high yield and investment grade debt. To date, Caswell has advised on M&A and capital markets transactions representing over $70 billion of value.
Caswell has built his business practice with a focus and commitment on Southern California and the west coast while also leading coverage across many of the group’s large cap clients.
