Ryan Caswell is a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Financial Institutions Group, focusing on a broad range of industries including specialty finance, financial technology and other business services. He initially worked at Bear Stearns and then moved to Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2008. Throughout his tenure, he has worked on a broad range of M&A and capital raising transactions including IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, high yield and investment grade debt. To date, Caswell has advised on M&A and capital markets transactions representing over $70 billion of value.
