Courtney Braun is Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Endeavor, a leading entertainment, sports and fashion company formed after the merger of Hollywood talent agency WME and sports, fashion and entertainment powerhouse IMG. This year it was announced that she is now overseeing Legal Affairs for the company’s representation businesses and litigation for the company’s representation, fashion and content businesses. Braun also leads the global employment and immigration practices for all companies under the Endeavor umbrella (including Professional Bull Riders and UFC). She manages a team of attorneys situated around the globe and reports into Endeavor’s Chief Legal Officer.
In her role as head of the company’s employment practice, Braun is responsible for overseeing a team of attorneys covering Endeavor’s 6,000 employees in offices in 40 countries, working in over 100 countries. In the past six months, her team has focused on renewing employee policies and procedures around the world with an increased focus on client interactions, internal investigations, and gender pay.
