Mike Margolis, Partner in Blank Rome’s Business Litigation practice group and Asia Practice Chair, has been a trial lawyer for more than 30 years. He currently practices in the firm’s Shanghai and Los Angeles offices. Chambers Global reported in 2015 that Margolis “draws acclaim for his broad litigation expertise.” His major cases and areas of focus have included: M&A break-ups, failed deals, and corporate governance disputes; intellectual property, trade secret, and non-compete litigation; financial institution and real estate litigation; employment, fiduciary and fraud litigation; class actions; and cross-border and multijurisdiction litigation.
Margolis also heads the Blank Rome LLP group dedicated to representing Chinese companies and individuals working in the USA.
