Having successfully opened in June of 2017, the 170-room Waldorf-Astoria Beverly Hills is managed by Hilton Worldwide, Inc. The lenders for the project were Aareal Capital Corporation, Broad Street Credit Holdings LLC and Hilton Worldwide, Inc. This new hotel represents the first phase of a multi-phase, fully entitled development located within the 9-acre site of the existing Beverly Hilton Hotel. The Waldorf Astoria has achieved a LEED Gold Rating, and has already garnered the Conde Nast Reader’s Choice Award for Best Hotel in Los Angeles. The hotel contains 170 keys, 42 of which are Suites, including 3 entertainment Villa Suites and a 3,400 sf Presidential Suite. Each room has a full-length balcony. Typical standard rooms are 535 sf. The hotel also includes two Jean Georges Vongerichten restaurants (jean Georges Beverly Hills and The Rooftop by JG) and a lobby bar, a La Prairie Spa, a 3,000 sf Ballroom, as well as additional meeting and private dining rooms.

Owned by Greenland USA, the new Metropolis Phase I Hotel Indigo responds to the growing hotel demand in the blocks near the Los Angeles Convention Center and Staples Center by providing 350 rooms within walking distance of major downtown attractions. The project is Los Angeles’ first Hotel Indigo — the boutique arm of the hospitality giant Intercontinental Hotels Group. The 18-story project is located within the 6.3 acre, $1 billion Metropolis development.
