Kevin Ehrhart is a real estate partner at Kirkland Ellis, representing real estate investors, capital providers, owners, developers and others in real estate-related transactions. His clients include private equity funds and investment advisors, publicly traded REITs, privately held real estate companies and international investors. He also advises foreign and domestic clients regarding the formation and capitalization of commercial real estate joint ventures and represents clients looking to recapitalize operating companies and assets, raise new capital or form related investment funds. He was named Young Lawyer of the Year in 2006 by the Los Angeles Bar Association’s Real Estate Section.
