He also represents other non-fashion retail brands, restaurants and office tenants. He represents various landlords throughout Los Angeles and in other select cities in leasing their retail and office properties. Over the last year Luchs completed over $250 million in leasing/sales transactions. Among his top recent deals was LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton Inc.’s purchase of 456 N. Rodeo Drive from private equity group Sterling Organization. They had acquired it one day earlier for $55 million, making a $55 million profit in one day on the 6,200 square-foot location. Jay Luchs represented both the landlord and tenant in the sale.
