Bleeker Seaman is a New York native who received a BA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and MBA from Duke University. He started his career as a real estate lender with First Union National Bank in Charlotte, N.C., and then with Continental Bank in Chicago. Prior to joining Lowe, he was an assistant director of real estate for the Pennsylvania State Employees Retirement System. Seaman resides in Pacific Palisades with his wife, Merrie Mac, and their three daughters.

Recent transactions: Recently closed on a 100-unit memory care and assisted-living senior housing property in Tallahassee, Fla., on behalf of a Middle East investor. Originated an approximate $11 million mezzanine loan to help finance the construction of a 200-room Marriott-branded property in Washington, D.C.
