Danhakl was a managing director at DLJ, where he worked extensively with Leonard Green as its lead investment banker. Prior to DLJ, Danhakl was a vice president in corporate finance at Drexel Burnham Lambert from 1985 to 1990. He presently serves on the board of Advantage Solutions, CCC Information Services Inc., Genani Corp., Insight Global, J. Crew Group Inc., Leslie’s Poolmart Inc., and Life Time Fitness Inc., among other. Danhakl earned a BA in economics from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
