Vaping Up In Smoke?

Do you think vaping should be banned from public spaces?

I think it’s too early to come down on either side. What I can tell you is the vapor vertical is in its Wild West stage in a number of ways: companies gold-rushing into the market and, more importantly, no overall quality control via uniformity in guidelines and any long-term potential health issues.

Yes it should be banned as if it were regular smoking. One can still smell it, and people should not impose on others.

My view on vaping is that it should be permitted outdoors, but such cigarette substitutes create an aroma that I feel should not be part of the interior space.

It doesn’t faze me much since it does not have the same odor as cigarettes – the one thing I dislike about smoking. The visual isn’t very attractive, but that doesn’t mean they should ban it in public.

Yes. Too many unknowns in this unregulated industry as it relates to the adverse effects of the vapor on the user and those in close proximity.
