The Santa Monica office of Gensler, an architecture firm headquartered in San Francisco, has named Victor DeSantis director of science and technology. Previously, DeSantis served as director of science and technology at Leo A Daly, an architecture and engineering firm based in Omaha, Neb.


Superfad, an advertising production company, has hired Harshal Sisodia as
executive producer in its Culver City office. Sisodia was most recently executive
producer at TeamOne, an El Segundo advertising company.


Geoffrey Berlin has joined the Westlake Village banking center of Comerica Bank as assistant vice president, and private banker for the wealth and institutional management division. Previously, Berlin was premier client manager for Bank of America in


Levine Communications Office, an entertainment publicity firm in South Robertson, has hired Abby Oliver as account manager. Oliver was most recently founder and owner of Wahine Consulting, a Beverly Hills public relations company.


Brett J. Butler has been named president of Minardos Group, a Santa Monica construction and consulting firm. Butler was previously the firm's general manager and controller.


Reveille, a Universal City independent TV studio, has named Shandy Anglin vice president of production finance and Menaka Swampillai vice president of finance. Anglin was previously vice president of finance at MTV Networks. Swampillai was director of financial planning at Live Nation.


Edward D. Fox Jr. has been appointed chairman of Los Angeles Orthopaedic Hospital Foundation in downtown Los Angeles. Fox is chairman and chief executive of Vantage Property Investors, a Manhattan Beach commercial real estate operator.

City of Hope in Duarte has named Mark Reinecke associate vice president of development. Reinecke was previously senior development officer at Caltech in Pasadena.


Mark Adams has joined the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills as director of sales. Previously, Adams served as vice president of sales at the Long Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau Inc.


Venbrook, a Woodland Hills-based insurance services company, has hired a construction group. The company named Julie Felix account manager, Tim Johnston senior vice president, Eileen Parnes account executive and unit manager, and Donna Rowland senior account manager. They come from the Woodland Hills office of USI Holdings Corp., an insurance and financial services firm in Briarcliff Manor, N.Y., where they held similar titles.

Momentous Insurance Brokerage Inc., a Van Nuys-headquartered insurance company, has hired David Oliver as senior vice president in the film, television and special events department. Previously, Oliver was managing director of entertainment practice at DeWitt Stern Group, an insurance brokerage based in New York.


Ervin Cohen & Jessup LLP, a Beverly Hills law firm, has named Howard Camhi and Kenneth Miller of counsel, and Peter Davidson, Patrick Fraioli, Jeffrey Glassman, Byron Moldo, David Seror and Thomas Sestanovich partners. They come from Moldo Davidson Fraioli Seror & Sestanovich LLP, a Century City law firm, where they were partners.

William F. Delvac has joined Armbruster Goldsmith & Delvac, a land-use law firm in Westwood, as name partner. Delvac was previously senior partner at Latham & Watkins LLP, a law firm in downtown Los Angeles.

Law firm Buchalter Nemer has promoted Robert Gillison to senior counsel in the bank and finance group, and William Miller and Brian Newman to senior counsels in the litigation practice group at the firm's downtown L.A. office. They were associates at the firm.


Panavision Inc., a Woodland Hills camera and lens manufacturer, has named William Campbell president. Campbell was previously president of Discovery Networks, an Englewood, Colo., operator of cable television channels.


The Jeffrey Foundation, a non-profit organization in South Carthay dedicated to serving special-needs children and their families, has named Claudia Bartlett development assistant, Faith Reyes development director and Veronica Solano program director. Previously, Bartlett was self-employed in the interior design industry. Reyes served as statewide development consultant for the American Lung Association of California. Solano had been fiscal director at the foundation.


The downtown L.A. office of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., a Chicago-based commercial real estate company, has named Paul Kelsey vice president and health care practice lead for the firm's project and development services group in Southern California. Kelsey was previously project director for Jensen Partners, a downtown L.A. construction project management consulting firm.


Elizabeth Murray has joined, a downtown L.A.-based Internet services company, as chief financial officer and senior vice president. Murray was previously executive vice president and chief financial officer of Fluid Music Canada Inc., a music aggregation and distribution company based in Culver City.


John Frankenheimer, co-chair of Century City-based multiservice law firm Loeb & Loeb, will be honored at the Saban Free Clinic's Golf Classic on April 13 at the El Caballero Country Club in Tarzana. Frankenheimer is being celebrated for his dedication and support of the clinic's development.
