Melissa Moskal has joined Green Hasson & Janks LLP, a Los Angeles-based audit and accounting firm, as principal. Moskal was previously senior manager and private client adviser at Deloitte.

Miller Group, an advertising and branding agency, has promoted Tina Montri to account executive in its Los Angeles office. Montri was previously account coordinator.

Cheryl Rowley Design, a Beverly Hills-based interior design firm, has promoted Bob LaCour to director of interior architecture. The company has hired Sergio Larios-Sainz as senior project manager and Armando Ramirez-Silva as senior project designer. LaCour was previously senior project designer. Larios-Sainz and Ramirez-Silva were previously principals of their own interior design firm, Hars Design.

Karin Liljegren has been named director of the interior design division of Killefer Flammang Architects, a Santa Monica-based architectural design firm. Liljegren was previously a senior associate at the firm.

Wells Fargo has hired Charles A. Rodgers as senior investment strategist for its family wealth group in greater Los Angeles. Rodgers was previously a founding partner and director of investments at Lydian Bank & Trust's Miami-Dade office.

Comerica Bank has promoted Yalda Noorzai to assistant vice president and banking center manager for the Torrance Towne branch, and Gladys Sevilla to vice president and district manager of East Los Angeles operations. Previously, Noorzai was assistant vice president of the bank's Hollywood branch. Sevilla was previously assistant vice president and banking center manager at the El Segundo branch.

Saban Capital Group Inc., a private investment firm specializing in the media, entertainment and communications industries, has hired Craig Cooper as managing director and head of its new digital media investments group. Cooper was previously a partner at VantagePoint Venture Partners, a venture capital firm.

George Smith Partners, a Los Angeles-based commercial real estate investment banking firm, has appointed Stella Debibi as director of business development and recruitment. Debibi was previously a business development executive at Stewart Title Co.

Patricia Laucella has joined Summit Entertainment, a motion picture studio, as senior vice president of legal affairs. Laucella was previously a counsel of the motion picture-TV division for Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp in Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power has named Raman Raj chief operating officer. Raj was previously president of Resources Roundtable Consulting, a consulting company.

John L. Babala has joined the Santa Monica office of Dreier Stein Kahan Browne Woods George LLP as partner in the transactional department. Babala was previously a shareholder at Keesal Young & Logan, a Long Beach-based law firm.

Arent Fox has named Craig Gelfound a partner in its Los Angeles office. Gelfound was previously a partner at the L.A. office of international law firm McDermott Will & Emery.

Bill Peters has been appointed partner at the Los Angeles office of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, an international law firm. Peters was previously a partner with O'Melveny & Myers in Los Angeles.

Gilchrist & Rutter PC, a Santa Monica-based law firm, has hired Scott R. Reynolds as an attorney. Reynolds was previously counsel for SCI Real Estate Investments LLC, a real estate investment company.

AvatarLabs, an online marketing agency, has named Brent Jeong senior producer. Jeong was previously digital producer at marketing agency Jack Morton Worldwide.

Dave McClain has joined the Los Angeles office of Avenue A Razorfish, an interactive marketing and technology services agency, as senior creative director. McClain was previously interactive creative director at Designory, an interactive marketing firm.

Tu Ciudad magazine, an English-language guide to Latino Los Angeles, has named Tom O'Quinn creative director, Michaelle Hauf Salazar photo editor and Melissa Wood advertising manager. O'Quinn was previously art director of the magazine. Salazar was previously photo editor for Sunset and Health magazines. Wood was previously account manager with the magazine.

Barry Vigon has joined Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles, a non-profit organization mentoring children, as director of Camp Max Straus, the organization's residential camp in Glendale. Vigon was previously camp director at Pali Adventures camping program.
The Library Foundation of Los Angeles, a non-profit organization that supports the Los Angeles Public Library, has named Catherine Cosgrove vice president of development. Cosgrove most recently served as associate vice president of major and annual giving at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.

Ellen Yang has been appointed to the board of Everybody Wins Los Angeles, a non-profit organization that builds reading skills among elementary students from low-income families. Yang is an associate at Strumwasser & Woocher LLP, a Santa Monica-based law firm.

Atul Bhatnagar has been promoted to chief executive and president of Ixia, a Calabasas-based technology company. Previously, Bhatnagar was president and chief operating officer.
