Jorge Carlos de la Cal has been promoted to principal of CO Architects, a Hancock Park architectural firm. De la Cal was previously associate principal with the firm.

Comerica Bank has named Kevin Sung assistant vice president and banking center manager of the new Los Angeles-Koreatown banking center. Sung was previously regional manager for Uniti Bank in Koreatown.
Steven Glouberman has joined Manhattan Beach-headquartered Kinecta Federal Credit Union as vice president and legal counsel. Glouberman was previously executive vice president and general counsel for ResMAE Mortgage Corp., a Brea mortgage management company.
Management Action Programs, a consulting firm in Sherman Oaks, has hired Mark Weston as senior consultant and executive coach. Weston was previously president of Business Travel Experts in Santa Ana.
Lee Kanon Alpert has been elected board president for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. Alpert is a principal with Encino law firm Alpert Barr & Grant.
RaAnn Wood has been appointed deputy commissioner of credit unions in the downtown L.A. office of California Department of Financial Institutions. Wood was previously chief executive of the California Center Credit Union in Rancho Cucamonga.
Maurice Hebert has been named chief financial officer of Hythiam, a West L.A. company that provides addiction treatment programs for health plans and employers. Hebert was previously the company's corporate controller.
Latham & Watkins, a downtown L.A.-based law firm, has promoted Brian Glennon and Jason Silvera to partners, and hired Franklin D. Kang as litigation department counsel in its downtown headquarters. Glennon and Silvera were previously associates with the firm. Kang was counsel in the intellectual property litigation group in the downtown L.A. office of Chicago-based law firm Sidley Austin LLP.
Huntington Advertising & Public Relations, a San Marino marketing agency, has named Tracy Hammond director of marketing. Hammond was previously business development director for Visible Theory, a Pasadena graphic design firm.
Trailer Park, a Hollywood entertainment marketing agency, has promoted Matt Brubaker to president of its theatrical division and Mike Leathers to president and co-creative director of the television division. The agency also hired Sarah Pierce as senior vice president and co-creative director of the television division. Previously, Brubaker served as executive vice president and creative director with the agency. Leathers was senior vice president and creative director for the agency's television division. Pierce was vice president of on-air promotion and emerging networks with NBC Cable Entertainment in Burbank.
Fox Cable Networks in Beverly Hills has promoted Jessica Fang to vice president of national accounts. Fang was previously director of national accounts.
Mickie Rosen has joined Velocity Interactive Group, an investment firm focusing on digital media and communications, as investment partner in the West L.A. office. Rosen was previously senior vice president and general manager of entertainment with Fox Interactive Media in Beverly Hills.
The National Association of Television Program Executives, a Los Angeles-headquartered non-profit organization, has named Jordan Ryder director of event programming. Ryder was previously operations manager for High Def Expo, and sponsorship manager for the HBO Comedy Festival in Aspen, Colo.
