HandHeld Entertainment and a subsidiary of Image Entertainment announced an agreement Tuesday to broadcast 1,500 video selections on HandHeld’s video download store, ZVUE.com.

Image subsidiary Egami Media Inc. specializes in aggregating digital media content and will be providing ZVUE.com with content such as “KISS: Rock the Nation: Live!” and “Roy Orbison: Black & White Night.”

Films such as “Endless Summer,” assorted IMAX films, stand-up comedy, television programming and independent films also will be added. Users of the Web site will have access to classic films like “Nosferatu” and shorts from Charlie Chaplin.

Shares in Image were flat at $3.60 in early trading Tuesday.
