Interthinx, a Calabasas-based provider of fraud prevention services for mortgage professionals, appointed Ann Fulmer as vice president of industry relations. Fulmer was previously a lawyer specializing in litigating insurance fraud cases.
Countrywide Financial Corp., a Calabasas-based mortgage banking and financial services provider, hired Vincent A. Breitenbach as managing director, fixed-income investor relations. Breitenbach was previously managing director at Lehman Brothers Inc.
West Post Digital, a post-production facility based in Santa Monica, hired Paul Roman as prime colorist. Roman most recently worked on color correction for the documentary "Over There" at Westwind Media in Burbank.
Sony Pictures Digital in Culver City hired Bill Sanders as vice president, programming; Jason Spivak as vice president, digital distribution and licensing; and Jason Wells as vice president, mobile. Sanders was previously president of Pervasive Media in Santa Monica, Spivak was vice president, digital distribution, for MGM Home Entertainment in Santa Monica and Wells was vice president of business development for Handango in Hurst, Texas.
UWink Inc., a Marina del Rey-based developer of interactive entertainment for restaurants, bars and mobile devices, hired Peter Wilkniss as chief financial officer. Wilkniss was previously chief operating officer at Juriscape Inc. in Los Angeles.
The American Heart Association, Los Angeles County division, appointed Claudia Bonilla-Keller as executive director. Bonilla-Keller was most recently director of marketing, special events and promotions at St. John, a women's apparel brand based in Irvine.
The UCLA Medical Center and Hospital System hired Amir Dan Rubin as chief operating officer. Rubin was previously chief operating officer for the Stony Brook University Hospital in New York.
Bird Marella, a civil and white-collar criminal litigation firm based in Century City, has hired James W. Mercer as a specialist in large, complex business and commercial litigation matters, including the prosecution and defense of class-action and shareholder litigation.
