Google and Comcast are in discussions with Time Warner Inc. to buy a stake in America Online, Reuters reported, citing sources close to the matter on Thursday.
Time Warner Chief Executive Richard Parsons declined comment, saying, “It’s market rumors, and I can’t curb market rumors.”
