Stonefield Josephson, a public accounting and business advisory firm, promoted Carmen Wilson, Neil Prasad and Lawrence Wan to officers in its Santa Monica office. Wilson, Prasad and Wan were formerly senior audit managers at the firm.

Pacific Resource Credit Union hired Angela Alberti as director of branch services and sales, overseeing the Bunker Hill and Wilshire branches in downtown Los Angeles. Alberti was previously branch manager for UnoCal Federal Credit Union.

AlixPartners, a corporate advisory firm, appointed George Hughes as a director in the firm's Los Angeles office. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Hughes was a principal with A.T. Kearney.

The Literacy Network of Greater Los Angeles named Jennifer Boxer executive director of the network. Boxer was formerly executive director of the Children's Museum at La Habra.

Mark Itkin, Warren N. Lieberfarb and Richard B. Lippin were named to the Los Angeles board of the Museum of Television and Radio. Itkin is executive vice president, worldwide head of syndication, cable and nonfiction programming at the William Morris Agency. Lieberfarb is chairman of Lieberfarb & Associates and Lippin is chief executive and founder of the Lippin Group.

National Lampoon Inc., a Los Angeles-based feature film, television programming and book publishing firm, named Sara Rutenberg executive vice president of business affairs. Rutenberg was under contract to National Lampoon before the appointment.

Sidney Greathouse and David Huebner Los Angeles and Pamela Hemminger of La Canada-Flintridge were appointed to the California Law Revision Commission. Greathouse is director of legal services for Cheesecake Factory Inc. Huebner is chairman and chief executive of Coudert Brothers, an international law firm specializing in commercial law. Hemminger is a partner in the law firm of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

Delia Soto of Santa Monica was appointed deputy director of communications and legislation for the state of California's Council on Developmental Disabilities. She previously served as the marketing and development director for Penny Lane Centers.

Sanjay Kumar, Craig J. Mitchell and Alex Ricciardulli have been appointed as judges in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Kumar is court commissioner in the Los Angeles County Superior Court in the criminal court section. Mitchell is a deputy district attorney in the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, handling child abuse and murder cases. Ricciardulli is deputy public defender for the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office, handling misdemeanor and felony trials and criminal appeals.
