Live Nation Entertainment Inc. made an offer to acquire Warner Music Group Corp. , the London-based Times newspaper said, without citing any sources.
Live Nation and Warner Music both declined to comment, according to The Times.
Warner Music has now attracted seven bidders for all or part of the business, the newspaper reported, without saying where it got the information.
