Gail Berman and Lloyd Braun, co-founders of Santa Monica production company BermanBraun, are breaking up.

Braun is buying Berman’s interest to take sole ownership of the firm, the company announced Wednesday.

The entertainment industry veterans co-founded BermanBraun in 2007 to handle film, TV and digital productions. The company’s credits include “Garage Sale Wars,” which has aired on HGTV.

Berman said in a statement that she is considering new career prospects. Braun said the split happened amicably.

“I am very proud of the business we have built over these past seven years. My partnership with Gail has been a wonderful experience, professionally and personally,” he said in the statement.
